Charlotte Roel, the founder, established 3rd PRECINCT as a soletrader in 2003. In 2004 the company became a partnership with husband, Floyd Adams III. In 2005 3rd PRECINCT became a limited company and began trading as Urban Precinct in 2006 with the addition of record company
We employ trained, working professionals with hands-on knowledge of the Creative & Media Industry. All staff, including the Directors, hold current CRB cheques and possess relevant teaching experience. Director, Floyd Adams III, was one of the first in the UK to obtain the prestigious Certification 'Apple Certified Trainer, Logic Pro 8'.
