WHAT WE DO
Urban Precinct works with the public, as well as private sector and service orgnisations such as: Herts County Council, Dacorum Borugh Council, DESC, schools, charities, churches etc.
Our aim is to empower students with the transferable skills and solid knowledge that will enable them to build a sustainable future whether in the creative & media industry, music business, arts world or in other trades. We use a combination of cutting-edge and traditional technology. Students will learn how to use their tools and enhance their skills through exposure to exercises, which will improve their employability.
Urban Precinct's primary goals are to:
- Improve creative skills and learning for people of all ages
- Incorporate personal, social and motivational development
- Encourage the transition from school to FE and HE
Target Demographic:
- Teenagers and Children (13+ for NCFE Courses)
- NEET groups
- Individuals and families
- The elderly and vulnerable
- Teachers who wish to top up their knowledge or gain insight into new areas
