Urban Precinct™ was founded in January 2006 by director Floyd Adams III aka producer DA3RD.

By September 2006 the Greater London Digital Record Label had achieved North American distribution with KOCH / R.N.L.G.

Throughout 2007 Urban Precinct™ expanded the labels activities into Creative Media, Music & Business Training focusing on Corporate and B2B.

2008 will see Urban Precinct™ introduce Expert Panels, Master Classes and Team Building Workshops with the launch of the UP Close Kool Skool™.

Music Coaching Workshop ‘Devozion’ has already proved popular.

As Urban Precinct™ continues to collaborate with Businesses, Councils, Government, Industry Bodies, Charity Organizations, Schools and Churches across the board, the future is looking bright for the Urban Precinct™ brand.
